HELLO , I HAVE SAMSUNG S4, I9500 ITS ONLY SHOWING START UP SAMSUNG LOGO AND RESTART, I CANT GET INTO RECOVERY, BUT I CAN GET INTO DOWNLOAD MODE, SO I WANT TO FLASH THIS SET, I GET THIS ERROR

BRO IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE PORT NAME UNDER DEVICE MANAGER, ON THE > Ports (COM & LPT) THERE IS NO SAMSUNG PORT, WHAT CAN I DO?

not driver problem, i have succesfull flash many s4 on this computer
