SGH-A847D error read codes with Samsung Pro 2.1

Hi

Other model fail with Samsung Pro 2.1.
This model is in the list of model supported by Samsung Pro 2.1, but this fail
when try to read codes, what happend, this models are really supported?
How can unlock this SGH-A847D?

 UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
 
      Read codes only
      USB cable :
  1. Phone must be powered on.
  2. Type *#782872# to switch phone to Qualcomm USB mode,
     (after operations you can enter *#726872# to switch back to Samsung USB mode.)
  3. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
  4. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
  5. Enter *#7465625# (phone must display locks status).
  6. Press 'Read codes' to read security codes.
