SGH-i317M Unlock done by Z3x Version 17.8
but IMEI become NULL
3G Network gone, only 2G network work (Rogers)
it means the backup and restore NVM still have bugs.

After this get a good Qcn file from working phone and restore with QPST.
You will get back BELL, ROGERS AND TELUS with 4G.

i think it is new mcu try other versions if still same try other tools
