Wink SIM unlock SM-G965U T-Mobile

It's a rare case when I'd need to SIM unlock SM-G965U for myself :-)
From what I understand over $100 I paid for the box is not sufficient, so I'd need to pay extra for some "credits" :-(
Where would I get those from and how many do I need just to unlock my own phone?

I don't need to flash any combination ROM or parts, just pay for credits, connect and get unlocked? And it won't get locked back since I'm on T-Mobile?
