LG H872 20g unlock problem - GSM-Forum

I rooted my LG H872 (TMobile), software version 20g, but I can't unlock it with z3x. First I clicked on unlock, then I agreed with 10 credits, then I saw Information table:
"Unblock phone screen and allow root access after close this message", I click on OK and program hangs, program doesn't prompt me grant access or something else.

When I check root with Root Checker program, then phone asks to grant access and this program says: "Congratulations! Root access is properly installed on this device!". When I run Kingo Root program, phone asks to grant access too and the program says, that this phone rooted. What is the problem?

Which model should i choose: H872BK, H872PR or H872TN? Because my phone is simply H872 (H872AT).
