You need to load eng boot to open the ADB

I have same issue.
phone flash to latest version ZZH1BQL5 from Z3X server
Z3X tool ver v31.1
here is the log:

Operation: Reset FRP/React/EE
Selected model: SM-C5010
Software version: 31.1

Searching Samsung USB Flash interface... COM3 detected
Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT from phone... OK
Searching FRP lock... OK
Erasing FRP lock... error
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.31.1

If it's on 7.0 flash full combination, then flash stock system/boot only

If 6.0 use this to enable adb

https://shell.boxwares.com/Download.aspx?L=2423

If none of above work, downgrade to

C5010ZCU1AQC1 and use eng boot to enable adb, then use adb commands or select any model such as g930p and use adb frp method
