hi. i have sm-g800h, i read EFS backup with Z3X 20.5, after read efs baseband became unknown. now i write EFS backup.tar but no luck. please help me...

bro restore efs again after u see baseband turn back .. i try another tool work fine for me
its a same method ..ok bro if u backup successfully..

which is baseband firmware? inside firmware only modem.bin file. i flash but no luck

where is logs?

becouse your story is impossible

Tomorrow i will post log if not deleted.... software shows all is ok but after restart baseband was unknown...
problem solved after flash with 4 file firmware..

Is imposible you only read so i think its hardware problem

I happen to have one with me now,customer said she just changed simcard now phone shows unknown baseband.I'm downloading the repair firmware from z3x server to try it with.

If it's a hardware problem pls can someone be kind enough to tell me what. Components are responsible
