i have unlocked g892a that was asking puk code so software gived me freez and unlock code but when enter freeze code it gives wrong code enterd and then again ask for freeze code here is log

problem can be because someone playing with downgrade.
just update phone to latest firmware, do reset and repeat enter codes,
all will be ok.
