I have this model and it has samsung account
I have done frp but phone after restarting gives error in everithing stoping so i cant advance into settings for reseting.

i have z3x box

[ 25/08/2018 12:01:45 ] For complete reset FRP, goto 'Backup and reset' and make 'Factory data reset'

Hi, just reflash stock rom, and perform Reset FRP/Reactivation Lock - UFS... you will need uart cable... ;-)

uart cable means USB cable or RJ45 cable ?

I use the RJ45 cable labelled C3300K that works too.
