SM-G925V match MEID after write cert?

I just wrote cert for SM-G925V and it went all the way through. I check the IMEI and it changed but when i check the status of IMEI Certi its Fail -9 . I used DFS to try to match MEID but it doesnt stick after reboot, thus i get no signal. Is there any way to change the MEID so i can get the phone to get signal?

Please, you can explain this ... ?
I write the cert with octoplus, but when i dial 0011 the IMEI CERT is Failed .. not passed. So the phone dont get signal...

How i write the cert correctly?
I check in DFS and i view the MEID and IMEI correct...
