Hello, if you read the log of z3x software you have the security damaged, to repair the security you have to write the file nv data for g925w8 and then make the patch cert

flash the phone last virsion

after flash will back basband

and see the imei is 350000000

just write nv date and write imei and patch network

2 write a clean nvdata from working similar device woth z3x tool
3 write original imei with z3x tool
4 reunlock your device
5 patch certificate
6 all is done delete root from device.
