if software show you codes, then this codes 100% correct.

dial #7465625*638*# and it will ask network code. if it does not accept it then enter unfreeze code and after that enter network code. if still does not work, there is some kind of issue there.

Someone wrote that flashing it with QB6 firmware it should work.
Also don't flash it with Eng-Boot, just leave it on stock.
