Folks Read carefully
First
power on phone and when phone completely boot up press and hold
vol- and power button this will bring you maintenance choose third option(usb debugging) mode which
means ADB ENABLE
second
connect phone to wifi acept agrement tearms continues all step till
it start seaching google login (i.e dont't wait till gmail id and password
asking box come)
Third
while phone saying connecting to find gmail click reset frp and at a
instant z3x say bypass frp .ok disconnect your wifi source
and setup didn't complete messege pop up just continues

thanks bro got it to work after few times I did it right before the google account asked for the password I switched off my modem and then it asked for the google acoount password thought it didnt work but then inserted my wifi password again and it let me pass

You are saying when your at the first start screen, before connecting to wifi or anything, press and hold VOL - and POWER and that brings up a maintenance menu? I never knew that.
