Just to make everything easy:
1- After pach certificate it's no possible to reset the phone, if you do you gona lose the pach.
2- After pach certificate it's no possible to flash phone with other fw, if you do you gona lose the pach.
3- I haven't find any problem unrooting the phone, so you can unroot it without losing the pach.
That's all.
Regards.
Ice.

You can not hard reset the phone after patching the IMEI. If you hard reset the phone, you will lose the cert patch right away. So patch the IMEI and DO NOT reset the phone.
