SM-G955FD unknown issue [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I got this prhone wich is turned on ok but when make calls or receive them it reboot and take some time to grab signal again.
sometimes wont reboot but it hang on calls
it wont make any sound as well
after i installed version G955FXXU3CHR1 it turned on just fine making calls, sound all at 100% but after a while problem came back
dont know what to do customer told me that this problem suddenly started
maybe after any ota update who knows but previous version was G955FXXU3CRGH
