What firmware do you have installed on your phone with what security level of android 8?
By chance the same firmware and pda of the unlock post G960USQS3ARG8 unlock failed?

If in the same case the firmware with pda G960USQS3ARG8, try to flash the same firmware with the security patch in July and then try to write the combination

I have problem with S9 TMobile Unlock. Z3x say error. Many time tring but cant unlock.

Do have any solution? Do is possible downgrade to RG2 ?

you can see solution from anterior post i post link for eng modem and you can see unlock success after flashing the modem flash the corresponding modem and unlock again
