I am trying to re-flash the bootloader on my SM-J320A
But the phone just says "SW REV. CHECK FAIL. DEVICE: 2, BINARY: 1"

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to flash the bootloader with the correct/corresponding one. You are flashing the bootloader with the wrong binary version

The problem is that my entire phone needs to be reflashed through ODIN, I cant access recovery or just normally boot. Thats why I'm asking for a ODIN flashable bootloader thats compatible.

6.0.2 do not ask for it, because it does not exist
