you can try refresh phone with other firmware.

if problem for all J320A of course we will fix. but if this exactly with your phone, then no idea what need to fix.
may be problem with phone hardware.

Not HW Fault Sir.Just Hard Reset By Customer .
Mobile Working Very Good Before Reseting.

Bro i once have this problem on J260F.. I fixed via write good NV then patch cert..
