Member: 2277857 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 68 | I figured out how to to do this if anyone is interested. After unlock there was no APN setting option under Mobile Networks and even though a GSM SIM was recognized there was no way to set APN settings. Here's what I did: 1 - Rooted Phone 2 - Enabled GCF (Note: *#0011# routine did not produce a menu) a. In ADB issue command adb shell su -c "am broadcast -a android.provider.Telephony.SECRET_CODE -d android_secret_code://IOTHIDDENMENU" b. When Hidden Menu apperars choose: b1. TestMode Menu b2. UE Setting and Info b3. Setting b4. Protocol b5. GCF b6. GSM ReStart Phone (Still no APN setting option) 3 - Open Change APN app and enter GSM Provider APN settings, save and select Only 3G service, but it dos work. |
