does any one have a solution for this phone i tried old solution but it wouldnt boot when i installed the eng boot and i tried down grading it but that wouldnt let me

You can downgrade to QF1 6.1.1..
The you can use your eng boot.
Downgrade is possible, but to QF1.

your adb is enable remove frp via adb then flash stock again

there is no combination file for this model on the support !

J700T1 FRP Bypass:

if you're on 7.1.1 already, downgrade to QF1 version first.
Then combination file (QC1) flash only boot, recovery & cache.
Phone will restart normally with ADB Enabled.

I like to make it as easy as possible...

Was on QK3 (7.1.1)
Flashed full combi file QC1
Reset FRP
Reboot to Download and flash full QK3
Reset in Settings to finish after it reboots and rebuilds cache.

No need to downgrade with full 6.0.1 then use the boot and recovery from combi. unless you want to just stay on Marshmallow for some reason.
