hi,Iam trying to unlock this phone,but did no finished the process,but did took 5credits, I did send a email to the support shows this message
"The address "sales @ z3x-team.com" in the "To" field could not be recognized. Make sure all addresses are in the correct format."
question,there any other way to contact you to fix this issue?

Have you deleted spaces between "sales" and "@" and "z3x-team.com"? :)
