Sm-n900V no network after write cert. - GSM-Forum

Hello Team I got this phone with this signal problem. It seems like someone else did a very bad job writing the cert and I'm trying to solve the problem. I wrote new cert and I also matched the MEID and IMEI but the phone still no getting signal at all. I THINK My only one option it is to get a good QCN. if there is any other option please let me know.

try to write qcn to solve the issue

but it may be the case that imei is blacklisted or already in use in your country if u wrote public cert from forum

I just wrote the QCN and nothing. Any other solution ?
