SM-N910T Service only on WIFI - GSM-Forum

I wrote a cert to a N910T. NOT blacklisted, not blocked, is unlocked, Everything is fine, or at least seems like it. The phone connects to T-mobile but then it disconnects. I tried connecting it to WiFi and then it got service. Still cant make calls or send texts. but it shows the message that you can make calls over wifi and what not. I just cant seem to figure out what is wrong with the device. its on 5.1.1 OK2 and I did the MSL reset on NK4 and everything properly. I got it to work on one N910T. But not on this one for some reason. I also tried several QCN files on it. PLEASE HELP!

go to tcheck a cert clean not public if u leaving usa can block you

It is clean. I have it running on another note 4 and it works just fine.
