Member: 156331 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello, I am having the Samsung Note 5 Model No. SM-N920V like you said it is an unlocked phone, it works fine for calling, but when I am trying to put my APN Settings it just doesn't save it, kindly help me as I am unable to surf internet on this phone of mine. With Wifi I can .... but mobile data I cant. Hoping for a quick solution. Thanks Zubin |

First in Mobile/Network Setting change it to GSM/UMTS, then add a new APN with the sim card inside the phone. It's important to have the same sim in the phone that you're adding the apn for because it locks it to that particular MCC/MNC. If you change to a different sim of course it will disappear, and will have to redo the settings. Hope that helps. | |
