Wrong deduction of credit [Answered]

Please mr. Blang, today while unlocking a samsung phone with T-Mobile app lock, 10 credit was deducted from my account without the completion of the unlocking. The process stopped at the point where the software was still searching for Server and it never completed. Yet 10 credit was deducted. I HEREBY REQUEST FOR A REFUND of the said credit that was either deducted by mistake or whatsoever.
