Someone flashed eng efs or reset efs and you lost the imei need cpid cert to repair this phone

phone was ok befor reset all

Hi Bro,
Need some advise, bought a N960F single sim privately but having issues.
I was told the phone had it's imei changed which was clear/not blocked.
But every time I insert my sim it says "Not Registered on network" can't make network calls, but can make wifi calls only.
i've been doing some research on the net and the only information I've found is some information about the "Cert" saying if this doesn't match the imei then it can not be found on any networks.
I entered service mode and it says imei status:NG.
Also found under download mode it says warranty void: 1 (0x030c)
Can you provide any help????
