SM-T235Y circle signal only

hello i have Samsung SM-T235Y only circle signal showing

imei ok serial ok baseband ok already flash 3 times in a row.. and still circle signal.. already factory reset recovery or in settings but still circle signal ill give you the screenshot of circle signal and the logs of the phone..
the only thing i see wrong is when i press direct unlock it will show the imei of the phone but if i press the read phone info it will show reading imei error(3)

looks like this is hardware problem.

hmmmm.. so even i have a good copy of certificate from other phone it will stay circle the signal? need to find good certificate first from good SM-T235Y before ill go for a hardware..

can someone share some good certificate of SM-T235Y?
