I confirm this solution worked for me with T580 u4

SM-T580 Frp Succes T580XXU4CRJ9!!
Procedure:
flash COMBINATION_FA60_T580XXU4ARJ1_CL10816856_QB2011243 6_REV00_user_mid_noship.tar
Octopus box frp by uart.

for me also not possible to remove frp fot SM-T580 with U4

U need uart cable and octoplus to remove this! also try EFT Dongle with UART, Lastly you can use new frp method in Miracle Box. Z3X don't seem to work.

Done!!

Exact way how I did my U3 device FRP OFF:

T580 with firmware T580XXU3BRF1 BTU

1. Flash COMBINATION_FA60_T580XXU3ARG1_CL10816856_QB1882831 4_REV00 user_mid_noship tar md5 - let it start, then reboot to download;

2. Flash System_img ONLY from U2 6.0.1 firmware, I used T580XXU2AQA2 BTU - let it start, then reboot to download;

3. Surprise - FRP Lock: OFF;

4. Full flash with U3 firmware and that's it. Release the Kraken

Z3X was very helpful in this case.

If your on 6.0 just add new user ..finish setting up new user profile then go back to original user and you can oem unlock in developer options ...then just factory reset....7.0 or newer u can flash combination file ...then remove userdata from the stock firmware ..it should boot straight to touchwiz launcher screen. if not you can use smart device flow to copy google account via bluetooth to the device. (google search: xda smart device flow frp)
