can we see your flashing logs?

flash first with 840SCKC1_crp file the normal flash then flash with

840SCKC1_Unlock_and_Media_patch_crp the unlock and media patch

check list reset phone/simlock in job option and flash
if problem not solved u can try to full flash with another file
ex : full flash with this file 840SCJG2_crp after flashing done
flash step 2 with this 840SCJG2_Unlock_and_Media_patch_crp
