Hi

See the bottom of the photo - I was ALREADY trying to flash the phone! Thats when the message comes up - I already press dont send when it FIRST comes up, this comes up once the flashing starts (gets to 9% then the phone switches off flash mode) - Then that message comes up

Dear Gents

"please wait" showed on mobile screen that means boot file does not matching
with main firmware.

For eample your original firm is HA8( H is 2008, A is Jan, 8 is rivision 8)
then you flashed to HF4( H is 2008, F is Jun, 4 is rivision 4)

after that supporter suggest you to flash ID1( I is 2009, D is Apr, 1 is rivision 1)

HF4 flash to ID1 is NOT down grade but will NOT be able to solve "please wait" problem.

You have to flash proper BOOT files of HF4 version.

For your note!
Usually box product supporter did NOT release BOOT files
because it is high possibility to dead phone who do NOT undestand of those meaning.
some expert unlocker can get it from JTAG method.

If you can NOT understand meaning of 'BOOT files', 'JTAG'
you should stay away.

good luck

Hi

Thanks - Cant you , or anyone from support provide a quick tutorial on how to flash the boot files ?

I might as well try this while I can, because im going to have to buy a new phone for the customer if I cant fix this problem anyways.
