Solution. How repair imei 004999 after unlock i9300 by z3x - GSM-Forum

solution

1. Unlock i9300 use samsung tool 12.7
2. after unlocking imei looks 004999...
3. Uinstal samsung tool 12.7
4. download from support samsung tool 12.1 and install it.
5. select model i9100 tick last two options
6. go to repair and input any imei ur original imei

Count supported models - 300

tried many times and not work, also i see that your phone is Android Version: 4.1.1. with 4.0.4 not worked.

used those 2 root files : CF-Root-SGS3-v6.3.tar and I9300 Root.zip. my android version is 4..4.

100% working repair imei (all imei and imei looks 004999...)
samsungtool 14.7 (the last) - select i9300
firm 4.1.1 rooted
Developer - debug usb
Select REPAIR - insert imei
At the end... you must disconect USB and connect UART Cable.
