Had the same problem, solution is to do full reset via ##786# + SPC SPC can be read either by USB RIL while rooted or through uart If you're still getting a MIPI Fail error under *#0*#, then do the following in this order: Try re-flashing it with full stock 4-file, and NAND Erase turned on in Odin's Options menu. Try restoring original EFS while rooted, hopefully had it saved earlier during unlock. It can be due to bad main board but more likely a bad charging port, try replacing the entire charging port circuit board. | |
