sprint note 5 retail mode - GSM-Forum

hey I need some help with retail mode.......I already flashed stock firmware and retail mode still stays........can someone help me out? I got a note 5 from sprint I already did the whole 5444 password and cannot disable it.
ill pay for info if needed.

Phone is on Retail mod or demo mod? And dial *#06# and ck imei is there?

yes phone has an imei its not a demo unit I guess its in retail mode.....some guy says he can take it off but I want to learn how to.
