Sprint Samsung Galaxy Mega Invalid SIM ERROR - GSM-Forum

I unlocked a Samsung Galaxy Mega SPH-L600S. After doing the configurations in the menu and restarting phone. The phone is displaying Invalid Simm Error.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Global Mode is not an option.

This phone is on 4.4.2. I read this version cannot be unlocked. Nor can it be downgraded.
Is there any other method to achieve a successful unlock.

so far no this device been in the making for a long time with no success results on 4.4.2 only 4.2.2 working
