Since I had so much response to the post about Sprint debranding splash screen removal, I decided to start a new thread. As I had posted midway through the Marshmallow sprint unlock thread, I am posting the AT command and instructions for the Sprint Splash Screen Removal of all Sprint phones. This requires no root, no special kernels. Just UART box and cable, and a AT terminal, which cdma workshop and DFS both have one. I personally use the one in my custom software and CDMA WS for the command. But after unlocking with Z3X, you put the phone in factory mode by dialing *#0*#, at this point connect the phone to UART. In the terminal test the connection with just "AT" of course remove the quotations. After you get the "OK" response, send AT+PRECONFG=2,XAS you will receive an OK response, at that point just send AT+POWRESET=0,0, this will reboot the phone, as it restarts you will see the Sprint Logo removed. I'm contemplating posting a guide to DRK repair, since it is already being implemented in most boxes, or soon will be.
