Start with Z3x box


I just receive my Z3x Box. I have much problem to use it.

When I run Shell and I go to 'Settings and Hardware Tools' Tab and I click on 'run Hardware wizard', a dialog box (card and Account wizard) appear.

I don't know what is card. I did not receive card in my z3x package

I have install Z3x in device manager (COM4 posrt)

Please help

Card is inside box. You must install both drivers-for box and card..then check in device manager if its installed properly-its not shown any unknown device, or device with exclamation mark (!)

I have installes drivers for box and card but :

In device manager, I can see Z3x Box serial port (COM4) under Ports (COM and LPT). under "USB Bus Contyroler", I can see 'Z3x USB Serial converter'. Nothing else with exclamation mark. Nothing about card.

Hi
Finally I have configure my box and it is recognize by my computer. I have tried to repair my IMEI but I have some problems. It seems as my UART cable have problem because when Samsung Tool ask me to connect my phone with UART cable, I do so. But at the end, I have the message that : "No answer from phone". below is the report. My S3 is connected via COM4.

After connecting the phone to UART cable, it still chearching it from COM4 port. And after, the message is : No answer from phone.

Is there any command to test a UART cable ?
