Which OS Version use?
I use WIN7 64bit, but the error above:
Exception: Access violation at address 00409E37 in module 'SamsungTool.exe'. Read of address 7EF00000

Are you trying to repair IMEI of i9300 with modem MG4 and above?
It only works with those modems! If you try to repair IMEI on ME, MC, Samsung tool will crash! So update to latest version

the trick is in the firmware version
