If we can pull this off, and have John find a way to unlock the bootloader, we will be able to point to this for all future Samsung devices that come with a locked bootloader on TMO. Please sign that petition and help us out. Thanks! https://www.change.org/p/samsung-unl...ers-s7-s7-edge |

Sign it people!!!!!! Although I would use the legal approach and filling a complaint since they are breaking the law by locking the phones and not allowing users to use whatever software they want. This is not only for developers. |

Member: 1290061 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 61 | This is all our fault guys why do you think T-mobile resorted to this ? We keep changing the certs and unblocking the phones they are blocking. all their effort to stop people from opening a contract and running away with the phone to another company was all for naught. I highly doubt Tmobile will release a way to unlock the bootloader its in their best interest not to. The damage is done. people who root their phones are less than 5% of their users. They dont care to lose that 5% because the money they will get from keeping people locked down to their compamy will earn them way more. |
