T159 always fail to unlock please fix on netx udpate this the 3 mobile come to unlock and always fail

. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.
2. Connect phone and press power button.

Selected port: COM6 Z3X BOX Serial Port,
Software version: 21.3

Connect phone and press power button
Phone detected
Switch phone in TAT mode... error

i also have this model for unlock but giving same problem like everyone.no one find any solution different from coding it?
