I had 3 0f the same model to unlock, had to buy codes. I could nt get it done with Z3x. I guess you will have to do the same.

Sucesfuly unlock with z3x samsung tool pro v23.5, you need to power off the phone and connect the phone to uart cable gt-c3300k
