T989 Unlock Problem - GSM-Forum

Hello I have tried unlock T989 Galaxy SII T-Mobile edition. Witht he Micro USB cable and the UART. It says everything is ok. And reboots the phone but it still ask for Unlock Code.

Sorry I don't have logs. The client took phone so I can't post them.

I also rooted the phone too but no difference.

does it said that if ask code put 00000000 (8 times zero)..

Nope, it just says unlock done ...ok

I tried eight 0's in case but no luck

I had the same issue with a Note i717r. Nobody had an answer. I also had a few i747m's that wouldn't accept the code but would eventually unlock with direct unlock after a couple tries. I've never had any problems with our equivalent which is the t989D.
