Cannot repair IMEI, Evenif it says OK...
Is it working or not?

In the "MAIN" tab it only shows me "CDMA settings" not "GSM settings" like in your screen shot.

Switching to "GSM" in drop down menu fixed it for me. Now my only concern is device is not being Read.

i already try that , it dosent work
i think there is diag mode for the T999 in order to conect it
if u press *#7284# it will open a diag page but i try them all and it didnt work

I would like to ask the same 1-million dollars question:

Can Z3X Repair/Input Original IMEI for T999 Galaxy S3 (Tmobile USA)?

I have a few T999 Galaxy S3 with corrupted or IMEI#000000 but would like to fix this problem so I can get it working with 4G/HSPA+

I did try the following steps provide by XDA developer:
Rooted - Stock Tmobile T999 Galaxy S3 (Build IMM76D.T999UVALH2)
Flashed - Insecured Kernel Also
Then try the following steps below:
[FIX/TOOL] Backup/Restore/Fix IMEI Data Restore Tool
[FIX/TOOL] Backup/Restore/Fix IMEI Data Restore Tool Updated - Updated 9/04/2012!!! - xda-developers

All drivers working & can read the IMEI (550 Hex Address).
However, when I write the Original IMEI (New IMEI) back into the Galaxy S3 (T999). Nothing changed or Nothing happened.

Some one please be kind and provide DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS for Z3X box or without Z3X box.

I have been researching and reading for the past few days and can't seem to find a working IMEI Repair for Galaxy S3 (T999-Tmobile USA).

YES i9300 same like t999 we need help to repair IMEI on Galaxy III thanks I have same problem, it shows IMEI successfully repaired but still showing the same old damage IMEI on the phone. thanks

Actually, it's not the same phone. The I9300 uses a Samsung Exynos 4 Quad SoC while the T999 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Krait SoC.

Hoping for T999 IMEI fix w/ Z3X box here as well, I really need it.

If you can 100% with z3x
Leaves with z3x IEMI UNLOCK dial * #7284 # select PDA clip enter select the third down Asia Riva Connect USB cable driver installation followed by repair IMEI if you leave with the USB to RJ45 cable wire c3300k the phone must be on

The "paid" solution is just a hacked patch job with unstable signal, or 2g signal at best.
For successful repair the phone must be rooted for full NV access and a proper MSL bypass.
You can try flashing it with an insecure kernel + SU thru recovery.

I've got a few T999 samples on hand for testing.

Your right at one point BillA. But all problems with the service have been fixed with 4g and full signal. As a matter of fact I am using one with on problems.

Z3X Team release notes for Samsung Tool 13.0 say T999 IMEI repair is now working OK.

Did anyone use this successfully? Not working for me on Samsung Tool 13.1.
