root the phone with GS3_debugfs-root_r2
GS3_debugfs-root_r2.7z

unzip and open RootDebugfs.bat and press ok to all
when rooted go to Z3X

yes this metod works for 4.1.1 and i think that last update can do unlock direct

no need to root w 13.8-tested on (3) this weekend-all 4.1.1 and none worked via direct but all worked with read codes. viva z3x!

if 4.1.1=do *#7284 and forget about *#9090# do debugging. choose port then read codes=100% success!

This phone no need root.
You can unlock direct any version at this moment.

Read manual under help button in software.
Use uart or usb cable.

What about 4.3 android version?
Do we need to root or rewrite imei to unlock?
Will appreciate USERS that have actually done this process successfully to replay.

Sir you just have to root the phone and make a efs repair and that will unlock your phone, I already tested with all S3 4.3 (T999, T999L,i747 and i747M).
