I have been just hooking up a regular USB cable to the PC my z3x is connected to when performing unlocks. Am I supposed to be using the cables with the RJ45?? The unlock process seems to be successful according to the tool but it doesnt seem to actually be doing anything to the phone..

flash it by low grade file,download the combination file then unlock,after unlock u may update or not.............

I try to unlock Samsung J500F with z3x and I cannot.I folow the proceeder from the box,first I flash with a file from supportI try also with combination file and same result.The combination was android 5.1 from support.Always same respons from the tool:no answer from phone.Please help me z3x team!

u have selected box port in tab, not phone thats why phone not detected.. did u installed drivers for the phone?

I installed the drivers,the pc see my phone.When I connect the phone it ask me if I want to import the photos etc...But in the port tab dont appear the phone.it appear only the box.In this moment the phone is flash with a combination 5.1

did u activated diag port from "repair" tab?? it seems that drivers r not fully installed so phone is not shown in z3x tab

ps.also try with diff micro usb cable as sometimes cable is the issue

Yes I activated diag port from repair tab.And I try with 2 other originals Samsung cable.Still the same situation.What can I do?
