We using Z3X box (and other paid software) to unlock phones so if you don't have one of this - sorry we can't help you.
Our software have HELP button where we can find needed info about flash or unlock desired model. Also software do most operations for us.
Fresh phones we need to root phone manualy.
That's all.

If you don't have any paid software, check ebay or silimar local site to buy unlock code to your phone.

1) what if we flash the cellphone with different firmware ?
Example: S5660-xx23 and we done with xx31
is that MAY any cause in cellphone
please help me to understand better
will be appriciate highly guys

if the Z3X Box is looking for ADB, you need developer mode USB Debugging de / activate

Hi ,

Im having problems recently with various s5 or s5 mini phones.
I've been unlocking them no problem in the past, but now the device doesn't install properly

I have downgraded software and changed modem software, tried to enable cp in recovery but it is not listed.

I have activated diag but after that im not sure what to do, return to unlock tab and unlock? but not available in the port settings, or do I choose another option on the repair tab?

I have searched forums and still cant find an answer, can you please resolve thank you.
