Red face unlock g955u tmobile fail please help


Hi.
First i tried unlock with z3x:

2. Then I did Wipe Data but did not help...
3. Then I tried to flash through odin the same version (TMB_G955USQS2BQL1_ODIN_files.zip)
but she did not flashing NON-HLOS.bin and now the phone is brik.
Now the phone does not boot and is available in odin mode.

Update

I Flash other firmware, but same version (CSC version: G955UOYN2BQL1) - phone start and working.
If you try to unlock the same error:

try other cable, other port.
may be only simple timeout error.

I tried two computers. Connected directly. Yesterday, I reinstalled Windows (10). The cable is not OEM, but good and expensive TypeC

Changing USB Port works!!!
Using Z3X USB port works too, but not recommended
