hello, i did an unlock of G960U and Z3X consumed the credits but the device is still blocked, i need help

You are unlocking as tmobile or sprint it consumes 8 credits as shown in the log check adb drivers or cable , usb port

the device failed with the connection but I always charge the 8 credits and previously when it happened that did not consume me a credit and wanting to go back to do the process told me that I would consume again the 8 credits. It was a G960U T-Mobile
