Unlock and Imei Bypass Error 2 on GT-I8190. HELP

Hello im trying to perform unlock and imei repair operations and i got this:

The same happens with Samsung Tool Pro 28.2

I Dialed *#7284# and selected USB (PDA) with out press on SAVE AND RESET , still havin the same problem, I Also pressed SAVE AND RESET the phone restarts in download mode.

So, Can anybody tell me what is the problem?

I Dont understand why z3x has these kind of "BUG" with its lastest updates, have u forgot about the old phone

This command code its not working on these phone, neither on any other flash, Beside z3x software doesnt show this option when select this model (GTI8190)

When you guys are facing this problem, This is because a hardware problem.

Dial *#1234# you will see only 2 options (there must b 3).
