Unlock problem on i8350

i've made manual root to phone and this is what i get on checking info:

also flashed the phone with firmware from support, made root with one method that i've read in the forum and it gives the same error on unlock. is there another thing i should do???

after flash with I8530XXLEA_DBTLE3 from support i could unlock this phone...
