Unlock Problem of i9505 with Z3x - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Its the 3rd phone samsung i9505 which now has the same problem of not reading the SIM card after unlocking with z3x ...

this is not the first phone i have unlocked with z3x however i dont understand where the problem is ... the unlocking process goes normally very well however after the unlock the phone does not detect any other SIM card execpt for the original SIM card operator it is blocked to ... the phone is also NOT BLACKLISTED since the customer has the proof of purchase with him ...

can anyone tell me what is going on with i9505 and z3x ????

pls help urgently

You have imei after unlock?
You have damaged baseband? (show info with *#1234#)
You try backup certificate and repair?
You use latest version of z3x samsung tool pro?

my friend it only works with the Original Carrier SIM and all other cards are not even detected the phone says NO SIM card everytime

any suggestions ???

where is any logs? if you want any answer - provide logs.

and where would i find the logs for this ... i have searched entire C: Programmes » Z3X »Samsung » SamsungToolPro and there are no Logs for the phones i unlocked ... can someone help in find the path ????

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
4. Reboot phone.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.
Operation: Unlock

PHONE WORKING FINE BEFORE UNLOCK AND WHEN I TRIED ANOTHER NETWORK SIM IN IT IT WAS ASKING FOR UNLOCK CODE. NOW AFTER I UNLOCK PHONE ON Z3X AND WHEN I PUT SIM IN IT IT SAYS NO SIM. THIS IS MY 2ND PHONE IN 2 DAYS TIMES DID THE SAME PROBLEM. CUSTOMER IS NOT HEPPY AND ASKING FOR MORE MONEY FOR DAMAGING THERE PHONES. NEED SOLUTION ASAP PLEASE. please helppppp

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.

I don't think this is a z3x problem have a customer with a Network Unlock code input the code after it asked for unlock code with non standard sim... Input code handset rebooted... NOW dosen't recognise sim apart from Original Sim... :/
